Vern Ratzlaff
Longhorn Community Development in Kane County, Utah, was in need of a warehouse to store equipment, supplies, tools and goods. Vern Ratzlaff, who’s in charge of operations from the main office in Las Vegas, decided to go with Allied Steel Buildings to build the 30’ X 45’ X 16’ building that they needed.
“Everything went pretty smoothly,” said Ratzlaff.
He mentioned that they had a company put up the building.
“I know they were able to understand and follow the directions easily and without complications. It’s all up and functional, just a real nice building that Allied Steel Buildings sent to us.”
Ratzlaff said that in any business you expect there to be delays and predicaments; yet that wasn’t the case when working with Allied Steel Buildings.
“If there were any problems with the building the company I used to erect the structure would have said something to,” said Ratzlaff. “There were none from their standpoint. The delivery was on time, no pieces were missing, and everything was listed and organized. You can’t go wrong with that.” |
